As we revealed in our Daily Updates, Richard Thomas came to Lighthouse Global in desperate need of becoming a healthier, growing adult, healing his marriage and learning to become a trustworthy and dependable father to his children.
Tragically, under the diabolical control of his wife Antonia Brider-Thomas and through his own devastating choices, Richard left Lighthouse in an even more desperate position than the one in which he arrived. This is someone who received an enormous amount of pro bono help from his mentor, Shaun Cooper, and from Paul S. Waugh.
Richard Thomas represents that small minority of people who believe they can attack those who serve God, truth, righteousness and the vulnerable from the shadows, before scampering away when their attacks fail, and the truth catches up with them.
A predatory troll. A fake whistleblower. A demoniac.
Yet the noise, the anonymity and the false accusations cannot conceal the fear beneath them. The fully evidenced reality is that people who manufacture falsehoods against others must live with the knowledge that every lie creates another contradiction, every attack leaves another trail, and every attempt to escape accountability tightens the position they have created for themselves.

25th April 2024 — The BBC and Those Attacking and Slandering Lighthouse Have Zero Confidence!
Let me tell you that Thomas has zero confidence in his position, Joanne Holmes has zero confidence in her position, Rachel Jones, Jeffrey Jones, Dawn Ingram, her work. Their families, zero confidence in their position.
Every time they open their mouth it’s worse for them, every time they lie it’s worse for them. I can go on and on and on and on, the sec of state, zero confidence in their position, that’s why they have gone quiet, not because they got bored.
Not because they’re getting significance, they’re getting zero significance because they have zero confidence, zero belief, let alone conviction in their position, they have no position. Like Baldock said, we have to protect the position of us and our clients, they have no position! Never mind a weak one, zero and they know it.
The only confidence they have is that they are done for. That’s the only confidence they have that they are done for. This is only going to get worse for them, this is the only confidence they have and it’s no confidence at all. No confidence worth having because you’re trying to defend a position you’ve created for yourself because you cannot talk yourself out of a position you’ve acted yourself into.
Why Did Richard Thomas Retreat into the Shadows?
If Richard Thomas genuinely had confidence in even his weak position, why did he not expand his repertoire of lies by participating in the BBC’s maliciously false attack on Lighthouse Global after his pathetic appearance in the Daily Mail?
Why retreat when the national smear campaign he helped ignite reached its largest platform? Why allow others to stand publicly at the front of an attack he had helped to build?
The answer is not confidence. It is fear.
Why did his employers not promote him when they learned that he was behind a racist and hateful anonymous smear campaign against Paul S. Waugh and Lighthouse—on the paedophilic dirt bin of the internet, Reddit, no less?
To the contrary, they could not keep him in their employment knowing such truth.
This is the inescapable problem for the fake whistleblower. A person can generate noise, hide behind a pseudonym, repeat falsehoods and seek protection beneath the reach of Establishment institutions. What they cannot manufacture is truth. What they cannot escape is evidence. What they cannot silence is their own awareness of the position into which they have acted themselves.
No matter how many falsehoods and how much hot air Richard Thomas and these foolish Reddites spew out, beneath all the noise they are terrified. They have zero confidence in themselves, their claims or the position they have created.
Even if they do not know the Scripture, they know the essence of the truth contained in these words:
“A false witness will not go unpunished, and he who breathes out lies will not escape.” — Proverbs 19:5
As we reveal more by the day about their fraudulent, deceptive and abhorrent conduct, it becomes increasingly apparent to them that no amount of BBC reach, anonymous online activity or government agency involvement can change the fully evidenced reality.
Falsehood cannot become truth through repetition. Cowardice cannot become courage through anonymity. A fake whistleblower cannot acquire conviction merely by finding institutions willing to amplify a smear.

This is definitely what the Daily Mail and BBC didn’t tell millions. Mr Thomas was a key perpetrator and instigator of the vile predatory trolling on Reddit. It became a toxic free for all of vindictive abuse, justified in the name of activism.
It’s a very sad situation. One minute Mr Thomas was on a call the next he became so intoxicated with the need for a vendetta for a situation that was created in his mind. I pray he heals.
Ms Holmes and his wife have played an enormous part here. Again the increasing levels of toxicity are the predominant contributing factor. The Jezebel Syndrome is unfortunately very strong in this case.
As Scripture states, no lie will ever remain concealed forever. They are coming to light thick and fast, and we pray that Richard Thomas and the other Reddites involved in this smear campaign come to repentance before it is too late. Thank you, and may God have mercy on us and grace us all.
Fear is a powerful force. It’s fascinating to see how Richard Thomas got consumed by fear and how he didn’t want to participate in the BBC’s documythary. Through his resentment, or the desire to justify himself, he chose actions that harm innocent people while convincing himself he is doing the right thing. That is why humility, truth, and accountability matter so much.
I pray that Mr Thomas gets to a place where he can choose honesty over pride and repentance over self-justification. Truth has a way of coming to light, and genuine healing can only begin when people are willing to face it with humility. God bless.
This is a sad situation. I would not wish fear on anyone, but to see someone create a web for themselves where they then desperately fear that web unravelling… that is an awful situation to be in. That is the fool in scripture who lays a trap and falls into it themselves. I will pray for him and his family that they enter into wise and loving counsel to make this right
This makes the point especially well in regards to Mr Thomas post his initial betrayal and smears.. Why then retreat when the national smear campaign he helped ignite reached its largest platform? Why allow others to stand publicly at the front of an attack he had helped to build? That is most definitely no sign of confidence, or belief in his own position and cause. I think the reason with that is also, as this article really nails it with these two short statements, for people who lie, smear, defame and us falsehoods as weapons to harm others like Mr Thomas … they will eventually found out because… What they cannot manufacture is truth. What they cannot escape is evidence!!
We can only pray that Richard Thomas is now looking at his extremely poor decisions and see that he was also used by the BBC in their agenda to destroy Paul S Waugh and Lighthouse. Not one lie he told was worth having to face his own conscience, if he ever does, in order to turn so spectacularly on the people who has cared for him for many years.
This is absolutely true!
There is no way that any human being can change a lie into truth and yet many have tried in vein to do so. The truth will always come out and theose responsible for the lies will naturally be held accountable to them.

Many hide behind pseudonyms because what they are writing about is false and is just a vendetta to get back at someone. However, I do appreciate that some have pseudonyms for protection. However, this is not the case with Mr Thomas. He knows he is in the wrong; otherwise, he would reveal his true identity.
His story is an example to all: keep a lookout for fake whistleblowers, those wolves in sheep’s clothing…
We can manufacture lies and half-truths, but we can’t manufacture truth!
Truth is most certainly what’s needed to have any hope to be able to optimise. I appreciate what was shared about this back in December 2025… the acid test of our commitment to truth.

The only confidence Richard Thomas and his fellow predatory trolls can have, is that they’ve made a really bad mistake and they are definitely regretting it. Being revealed for the liars they are on a near-daily basis will be gnawing at their consciences.
